Supervision is an essential part of CBT practise and is a requirement of professional bodies such as the BABCP and BPS. We have extensive experience of providing CBT supervision and have supported many professionals in successfully gaining and maintaining provisional and full accreditation with the BABCP.
The Clinic offers regular, occasional and ad hoc supervision on both short and longer term bases. It can be offered face to face or via telephone / Skype to meet the individual needs of Supervisees. This may be offered as:
- Individual Supervision for those wishing to support and develop their CBT practise or are working towards applying for or maintaining accreditation with the BABCP.
- Group CBT supervision which again can be offered to those working towards or wanting to maintain professional accreditation. Group supervision also allows for the practising and development of skills and the sharing of experiences within a supportive group context.
The Clinic offers a Consultation Service to Schools, Colleges and Universities wishing to develop an understanding of how best to support and respond to mental health problems in young people.
